How to Use
Rub On Decals

Cut around a decal with scissors ...Peel off plastic sheet...lay decal on nail (paper  side up, sticky side down) then use the included applicator or fingernail to rub the entire area of the decal.  Lift off paper backing and apply top coat to seal onto nail

PLEASE NOTE:  rub ENTIRE area or you will only get a partial design and waste the decal because it is very hard to re-align the pattern for a flawless design.
