SHIPPING: Orders are taking two weeks for mailing unless you have a "made
when ordered item" those items have it stated at the top of the pages.(the
only exception is if there is a notice on the NOTICE PAGE..link in
navigation)
Shipping is charged on your invoice when you order, however
please note that this charge covers up an 5 oz mailing, if your order weighs
more than the 8 oz then you will get another invoice to pay any extra
shipping due. I do it this way because paypal does not give many
options on shipping. Doing it this way will save most customers money.
If I charge by dollar amount then you will probably pay way too much
shipping while others that have heavy orders save on their shipping.
8oz will cover lots of the smaller items on this site. Usually the
only time more shipping is due is when large quantities, storage items, and
bulk glitter are ordered.
CANCELLATION OF A MADE WHEN ORDERED ITEM
WILL HAVE A 10% FEE SUBTRACTED FROM THE ORDER TOTAL IF THE WHOLE ORDER IS
CANCELLED OR 10% FROM THE ITEM PRICE IF JUST THE MADE WHEN ORDERED ITEM IS
CANCELLED. UPON RECEIVING YOUR REFUND. SHIPPING IS
NEVER REFUNDED UNLESS I DO NOT HAVE PROOF OF MAILING - SHIPPING COMPANY

f you have not gotten your order within 30 days of
ordering please send me an email so I can check on it. (orders take approx
two weeks for mailing then there is the delivery time, 30 days is reasonable
according to the post office)

NOT GET YOUR ORDER: Recently I have run into a few customers that have
the wrong address on their paypal account and the order gets mailed. I
will not replace orders sent and lost to the wrong address. Please
make sure you address is correct on PAYPAL.

For health and safety reasons the only items that are returnable are storage items.
Please return items in their original packaging UNOPENED along with a copy of the invoice and you must send me an email letting me know that you are returning the product. Any unauthorized returns, special orders, or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted. Please notify TrendyPrincess within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged or missing from your order.
Credit will be for the product price minus shipping. If you want a cash refund there is a 10% restocking fee (unless item is defective) , shipping will not be included in refund. (some exceptions do apply, I will give all returns as a refund or credit on an individual basis. Orders that have a made with order item on it will also be charged this 10% fee no matter if you take credit or cash back.

Made when order items have the approx mailing time listed on those pages. Nail Jewelry that is made when ordered usually take 8 weeks for mailing, however please not that during the holidays *Christmas & Valentines Day * it is a good idea to order early because depending on the demand it could take a little longer.
