Any personal information we collect from you is for the purpose of processing
your order and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise given out under
any circumstances.
Backorders:
We do our best to keep most our items in stock for immediate
delivery or notify you of items that are made when ordered, however
backorders do occur. Your backordered items will ship out US
Mail as soon as they come into stock with no additional shipping
charges. If you do not receive your backorder within 45 days,
please contact me. There are no backorders on 'One of a kind/
or Limited Quantity' items (these will be stated on site so you
know). Please e-mail or call us if you do not wish to keep
your items on backorder. Any refunds given on cancelled backorders
before the 45 days, may be charged a 10% fee.

images and photographs without permission. I realize that you
might be purchasing my products and would like to advertise them.
This is fine, but you may only do so with my permission and only if
you are purchasing items from me exclusively. You will not be
able to use my pictures to advertise a product you are purchasing
from someone else. Any unauthorized use of these images and
photographs displayed on this website may violate trademark and copyright
laws.
Shipping to Alternative Addresses:
I will ship to alternative addresses, but remember you are still
responsible for the product. Any corrections of problems will
be handled through you. If your address was wrong on paypal
and your order got sent to the wrong address, your order will not be
replaced. I simply can't afford to replace orders at my cost.
Please make sure your address is correct on paypal.
Shipping:
This is the least expensive of the shipping, however if you are outside the US you will need to email me your phone number for me to be able to print label and give you tracking info.
USPS SHIPPING because of the way paypal works their shipping on the shopping cart I have to put an amount PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION ON SHIPPING CHARGES
If your order is more than the 5oz you will receive an email requesting any additional shipping your package might cost. If you have any concerns please email me.
Please Note:
1) The above shipping and handling charges are based on orders weighing up to 12oz. (Please note that additional shipping will be added to larger items and oversized boxes.)

2) Include your UPS shipping address on all orders--UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
3) When deciding upon your shipping method, keep in mind we ship Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. If ordering by UPS please Do not count weekends and holidays when estimating your delivery time. (UPS does not factor weekends and holidays into their delivery time estimation.)
4) If there are additional shipping charges customers will be contacted via e-mail regarding their shipping charges.
5) International Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes. If you would like tracking on your order you must email me your phone number so I can make the shipping label.
6) International Customers: We ship UPS (7-10 days) and USPS (1 to 3 weeks). If your shipping amount exceeds the amount listed for the service you selected, you will be contacted via email for authorization. Shipping rates are based on package weight, dimension and destination. Therefore, the base rate may not apply to all countries (i.e. shipments to destinations in Italy, Africa, Eastern Europe, and some remote areas.) For more information on these rates, please contact customer service. Please allow at least 4 weeks from mailing to let your package arrive. Some countries take longer than others.
